The roots of this company and the Nichols legacy are from working with our own bare hands. Virtually all of our management have spent significant time in the trenches----literally. Maybe that's why we have such a deep respect for the men and women who actually do the building---and understand their importance.
There are other reasons we employ expert carpenters, concrete workers, welders, and other trade professionals. With our high standards of craftsmanship, we find it often easier to train and keep our own people than to try to train other companies to rise to the levels we require.
Furthermore, this is a way we can provide a far higher level of service to our clients and often times realize greater economies on their projects in terms of time and money.
With our extensive fleet of equipment, machinery and tools, we can likewise provide better service and cost and time savings to our clients.
